Scotland has its own National Maritime Museum known as the Scottish Maritime Museum.

The Museum is split into three sites and provides the visitor with information concerning Scotland’s Maritime history.

The Museum is evolving with new displays and exhibits. It operates trips for visitors on special occassions.

We have received on loan a collection of old photographs which can be seen below. These are split between two pages i & ii. Please click on a picture to view an individual full size screen display or view them all as a slide show.

These are fascinating and unique views of some of the passenger boats and ships used in the Clyde in the early part of the 1900’s. A brief description has been added but we welcome any comments or information that you may have which we could add to our site.
